Booking

All initial appointments will be prepaid. Receipts for insurance will be given at the time of the appointment.

Effective January 1, 2023, all appointments will be prepaid at the time of booking. Receipts will be provided at the time of the appointment.

Cancellation

The appointment you chose is being held just for you. That time is in reserve for you alone. Please be courteous and provide at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to make the appointment. This will provide an opportunity for someone else to have a much needed treatment. Failure to do so will result in a charge of the full amount of the treatment.
